Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important. I hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide with a 24/48-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and be able to accommodate clients on a waiting list. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. You will only be charged for no-shows. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
